How to Request a Refund
Email support@vyralab.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include your account email. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
After 14 Days
- Monthly plans: non-refundable after the 14-day window. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual plans: handled case-by-case after the 14-day window. Contact us and we'll work with you.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your subscription is canceled immediately and your account reverts to the Free tier. Your profile, saved outputs, and account data are preserved — you can continue using VyraScribe on the Free plan.
Free Tier
The Free tier is free forever and does not require a refund. You can use it for as long as you'd like.
