VyraScribe is operated by Kyle Kendrick, d/b/a VyraScribe ("we," "our," or "us"). By using VyraScribe, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
VyraScribe is a personalized content engine that generates tailored outputs based on your user profile and Voiceprint. The service analyzes your writing patterns and speaking patterns (when provided) to build a linguistic profile, and uses advanced language technology to produce content that matches your specific voice, audience, and goals. A Chrome Extension is available to use VyraScribe's prompts directly inside compatible third-party tools.
LinkedIn Studio is a suite of tools within VyraScribe that helps you create LinkedIn content matched to your voice. It includes an Idea Engine (generates post angles from your weekly context), a Post Builder (crafts voice-matched prompts for your writing), and VyraCheck (scans any draft for voice match, clarity, AI patterns, and actionable improvements). All Studio tools use your Voiceprint to personalize output.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use VyraScribe.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your magic link emails with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Content Ownership
You own the content you create. VyraScribe does not claim ownership of any content you generate through the service, including all content generated through LinkedIn Studio tools. Posts, ideas, and audit reports you generate are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
VyraScribe's prompts, templates, Voice Guard system, and all underlying software are our intellectual property.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VyraScribe to:
- Generate illegal content, harassment, threats, or hate speech
- Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
- Scrape, bot, or automate access beyond normal personal use
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security measures
- Resell VyraScribe access or outputs as an automated service
- Generate content that impersonates a specific individual or falsely attributes quotes, statistics, or stories to named people
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Fair Use (Agency Tier)
The Agency tier includes generous usage capacity subject to a fair-use policy. This policy exists to prevent automated abuse and ensures quality of service for all users. Normal human usage will never approach the fair-use threshold. We reserve the right to contact users whose usage patterns suggest automated or non-human activity.
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You can cancel at any time via Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions (monthly and annual). After 14 days, monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans after 14 days are handled case-by-case. See our Refund Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
VyraScribe is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by VyraScribe is machine-produced. It may contain inaccuracies or errors. Do not rely on generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification.
LinkedIn Studio & Third-Party Platforms
Content generated by LinkedIn Studio is designed for use on LinkedIn but is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn's algorithm, policies, and terms of service may change at any time. VyraScribe does not guarantee any specific reach, engagement, or performance outcomes from using Studio-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before posting it to any platform.
Visual Prompt Generation
VyraScribe's Visual Prompt Library generates text prompts designed for use with third-party image generation tools (such as ChatGPT). VyraScribe does not generate, store, or process images. You manually paste the generated prompt into your chosen image tool. The image tool's own terms of service and content policies apply to the images you create. VyraScribe is not responsible for images generated by third-party tools.
Elvyra AI Companion
Elvyra is an AI-powered writing companion integrated into the VyraScribe web app. Elvyra is not human. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) and may contain inaccuracies. Elvyra's suggestions are based on your profile, Voiceprint, and usage patterns — they are personalized but not infallible. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating all suggestions before acting on them.
You own all content you create in conversations with Elvyra. VyraScribe stores conversation history in your account for personalization purposes only. We do not use your conversations to train AI models or share them with other users. You can delete any conversation at any time.
Elvyra's conversational features are subject to per-account usage limits that vary by subscription tier. These limits may be adjusted as the service evolves.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
